Juniper Manor

Juniper Housing Corporation is a non-profit charitable corporation that operates affordable and integrated housing units for lower and middle-income immigrants and seniors aged 55 and older.

Juniper Manor provides 19 studio units and 24 one bedroom units on four levels. In addition to living units, includes many amenities, including a library room and a large kitchen, sitting and dining area on the main level. In the basement level, there are workshop rooms and an assembly room for social and recreational activities. The upper two levels include20 one bedroom affordable rental units. Each of these has larger washroom and special features for wheelchair access.

There is an entry gateway and a garden court in the front yard. This area will be a secure landscaped space available for residents to socialize and meet with friends and family members. Entry is at ground level with wheelchair ramps and elevator access to all levels.

Affordable

Juniper Manor is developed with contributions from the local community and with support from three levels of governments through the Centenary Affordable Housing Program.  This Program helps to reduce the cost of the building which makes the rental rates for affordable for lower income individuals.
