Land for Developers
The City has a policy in place that permits the direct sale of City-owned land to non-profit housing providers for specific affordable housing projects. Housing providers must apply to the Planning and Development Branch for consideration for a direct sale. Application form
The City identifies sites in new City-owned neighbourhoods for housing that can be provided at low price points for affordable and entry-level ownership opportunities.
